HOW TO ORDER:  3-Step Instructions

Shopping our online Welding Supply shop is easy!  Basically, you shop, we ship. However, below you'll find detailed instructions & information. As always, feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.

Step #1: SHOP

• No need to register to use our service! 

• Browse our online store by selecting a category from the "Products Overview" page or one of the categories in the pulldown menu on the left.

• From your category page click on an item link for detailed information or select the item by adding it to your "cart".

• Change the quantity by clicking the "Edit Item" link, highlighting the number in the "Quantity" field and clicking "Update Cart Quantity".

• Return to the cart page where you can click to "continue shopping" or proceed to checkout.

• You can revisit your cart at any time by clicking "View Cart" at the top of most pages.

Step #2 CHECKOUT

• On the cart page you'll see a summary of your order. You will also be presented with a "Billing & Shipping" page. At this point you will need to provide billing & shipping information (name, address, etc).

• You will also see "Comments". Any special shipping instructions & directions should be included here. Shipments will be sent using standard ground rates unless you request otherwise.

• UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box. Therefore, orders placed using P.O. Box numbers can only be sent via the United States Postal Service.

• Sales Tax/Shipping Estimates:  Shipping costs and applicable sales tax are applied when your order is processed.

Step #3 PAYMENT

• The third & final step is payment. You'll see the order displayed along with fields for the credit card information.

• We accept most major credit cards: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and AmericanExpress.

• Please note: Charges will not be applied to your credit card until the order is being processed for shipping.
